Role Overview
We\βre looking for a mid-weight digital project manager to join our team in London on a 6-month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Programme Director, you will work with our team of project managers, coders and graphic production artists ranging from entry level to lead level, on a top 5 leading multinational technology company\βs marketing website.
The project management team is responsible for all aspects of front-end development for our client\βs websites, from project briefing to post-deployment support. The team\βs goal is to ensure quality delivery.
Office location
Based at our central London offices. Hybrid working: 3 days in the office (5 days during project sprints).
As a Digital Project Manager at ELVIS, you will:
Support the project management team with the delivery of client projectsReview updates made and organise tasks with developers / graphic production artistsWork with cross functional client teams to develop and plan website briefsAssess, triage and communicate changing requirements and specificationsBuild a strong understanding of our clients global offering including website structure, country-specific features and key productsDevelop and maintain excellent working relationships with both internal teams and client stakeholdersManage risks and issues quicklyFollow established processes closely while contributing to continuous improvement
You will bring:
At most three years experience as a digital project manager (as this is a mid-level role)Experience managing web projectsClient facing experienceAbility to motivate self and othersExperience in localisation projectsAn attitude to learn new technologies / processesExperience working with MacBasic knowledge of HTML and Photoshop
