Role Overview

We are looking for a mid-weight digital project manager to join our team in London on a 6-month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Programme Director, you will work with our team of project managers, coders and graphic production artists ranging from entry level to lead level, on a top 5 leading multinational technology company’s marketing website. The project management team is responsible for all aspects of front-end development for our client's websites, from project briefing to post-deployment support. The team’s goal is to ensure quality delivery.

Office location

Based at our central London offices. Hybrid working: 3 days in the office (5 days during project sprints).

As a Digital Project Manager at ELVIS, you will:

  • Support the project management team with the delivery of client projects
  • Review updates made and organise tasks with developers / graphic production artists
  • Work with cross functional client teams to develop and plan website briefs
  • Assess, triage and communicate changing requirements and specifications
  • Build a strong understanding of our clients global offering including website structure, country-specific features and key products
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with both internal teams and client stakeholders
  • Manage risks and issues quickly
  • Follow established processes closely while contributing to continuous improvement

You will bring:

  • At most three years experience as a digital project manager (as this is a mid-level role)
  • Experience managing web projects
  • Client facing experience
  • Ability to motivate self and others
  • Experience in localisation projects
  • An attitude to learn new technologies / processes
  • Experience working with Mac
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and Photoshop
