Role overview
We are looking for a Digital Designer to join our team in London on a 6-month fixed term contract. Reporting to the Design Director, you will provide support on design delivery for key accounts, and initiatives working across multiple projects.
As a Digital Designer at House 337, you will:
- Support the design team and deliver design work that both meets and surpasses the standard of craft within the creative team
- Partner with and support other disciplines including creative, visual, and experience design
- Participate in detailed design and delivery activities such as: Illustration, Iconography, Typography, Photography, Experiential & Environment Design, Brand Visual Language Development & Design, Data visualisation & Infographics, and Design Documentation
- Work collaboratively alongside Senior Visual Interactive Designers, CDs and XD Leads to ensure Company Design System is implemented to the highest standards and in service to the best possible user experience
You will bring:
- Experience with design — with a keen awareness of the evolving landscape of available tools, technologies and production resources
- 2+ years experience; implementing digital design concepts across a wide and varied range of outputs
- Proficiency with Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator plus Keynote design presentation skills. Knowledge of After Effects a bonus
- An understanding of UX principles and practices and a knowledge of user research mindsets, wire framing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Excellent creative, production and design skills
- Experience with identifying, vocalising and implementing improvements and efficiencies across working practices and workflow processes
