The Product Operations Lead will manage day-to-day operations, streamline workflows, support project management, and optimise processes. This role also involves overseeing sales operations, analysing performance metrics, and ensuring efficient team communication.

What you’ll do
Product Execution
Translate big-picture goals into weekly sprint plans and clear execution roadmaps
Coordinate with engineering, design, and content to keep features on track
Build and manage systems in Notion, Airtable, Slack, and other team tools
Track product metrics and organise user feedback into actionable insights
Operations & Systems
Handle day-to-day internal ops, including team coordination, onboarding, and hiring
Set up and streamline workflows across documentation, vendor tools, and deadlines
Keep our knowledge base clear, structured, and updated as we grow
.Founder Enablement
Act as the founder’s right hand in daily decision-making, prep, and follow-up
Help manage priorities across fundraising, team building, and product milestones.
Jump into creative or analytical problem-solving wherever needed
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data
Experience in Sales and customer relationship management
Operations Management and process optimisation experience
Proficiency in Project Management
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
Experience in the technology or education sectors is a plus
Bachelor\’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
