To manage the delivery of high-quality counselling for young people 11-25 in Hounslow, to support the counselling team and to act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) for the whole service.
- To provide ethical and effective management of counselling in line with BACP professional standards.
- To recruit, manage, and support volunteer counsellors.
- To recruit, manage, and support school team counsellors
- Manage partnership and contracts with schools
- To contribute as part of the senior counselling team in developing and implementing policies and procedures aligned with the BACP Ethical Framework and legal requirements. xiskglj
- To work in partnership with the Service Manager to ensure accessible and effective pathways into counselling services.
