The Arts Centre Hounslow is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to lead the Wellbeing Network’s day-to-day operations, partnerships, and volunteer management. You will oversee sessions, coordinate facilitators, track attendance, and report to funders, helping the network grow into younger groups and new boroughs.
Ideal candidates will own their work, manage multiple priorities, and engage with NHS, council partners, and community members while developing provision across the borough.
