Energy GroupHoulihan Lokey's Oil & Gas (O&G) Group is a recognized leader in providing a wide range of investment banking advisory services to companies and investors operating in the Oil & Gas industry. This dedicated team of financial and technical professionals focuses primarily on large, complex transactions in the Oil & Gas industry, including across the upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors as well as in molecule-related alternative energies. The O&G Group is comprised of a global team with dedicated industry bankers in Houston, Dallas, New York, London, Dubai, and Hong Kong and regularly works on cross-border deals. ScopeThe Oil & Gas team at Houlihan Lokey is looking to add an Associate in London.

Associates work on transactions that provide exposure to various services, including M&A, private placements of debt and equity, refinancings, and leveraged buyouts.
