The Opportunity
Houlihan Lokey is continuing its rapid expansion across Europe. We are seeking a high-performing Marketing Operations Associate to join our team in London and play a key role in executing our operational marketing processes, including email campaign deployment, reporting, and platform support.
Your Impact and Role
As a key figure in our marketing function, you will make a significant impact on the overall marketing efforts. Your core day-to-day responsibilities and tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Campaign Management: Execute email marketing campaigns and manage deployment workflows with accuracy and precision.
- Pardot Administration: Administer and maintain the Marketing Cloud/Pardot environment, ensuring data accuracy, stability, and user support.
- Automation: Create and manage automation rules, engagement studio programs, dynamic lists, and segmentation rules.
- Reporting and Analysis: Develop marketing reports and maintain dashboards to track and analyse campaign activity and success.
- LinkedIn Support: Assist with management of the firm’s LinkedIn presence, including corporate page content and support for banker personal posts.
- Support the execution of the firm’s M&A content program by facilitating project timelines, coordinating with banking teams and marketing colleagues, and ensuring content initiatives move efficiently from concept through distribution.
- Collaborate with the U.S.-based Co-Head of Marketing Operations to scale and optimise platforms.
- Assist in the external and internal email execution of newsletters, events, and special projects across cross-departmental Marketing colleagues.

- A Marketing Technology Specialist: You bring 5–7 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) and CRM environments.

- An Agile Project Manager: You are highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and incorporating stakeholder feedback.
- A Proactive Self-Starter: You have a demonstrated ability to self-manage and operate independently across global teams and time zones.
