We are looking for a strategic and commercially-minded Marketing Manager to join our dynamic EMEA team. Based in our London office, you will report to the Vice President of Marketing and act as a key partner to our senior banking teams.

Your Impact and Role
As a key figure in our marketing function, you will have the autonomy to lead and the platform to make a significant impact. Your core day-to-day responsibilities and tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Leading sector-level strategic marketing plans and coordinating with banking teams in the management of an annual calendar of marketing activities, as well as contributing to comprehensive monthly and quarterly reporting.
- Managing distribution lists of key marketing materials on our CRM platforms.
- Managing the publishing process of various types of content, activities and campaigns (e.g. deal announcements, quarterly newsletters, reports, white papers, events and marketing collateral).
- Managing the content process to be published to HL.com, assisting in monitoring website content, facilitating maintenance and updates on a quarterly and ad hoc basis.
- Working collaboratively with bankers to leverage LinkedIn as a marketing vehicle.
- Assisting in event marketing and coordination, particularly when working on the ONE Houlihan Lokey conference series.
- Researching and analysing current marketing efforts in the larger context of the organization and the market.
- Creating and managing effective timelines, accountabilities, and milestones while setting expectations of management and other project stakeholders, consistently and proactively communicating project statuses to the marketing and banking teams.
- Working collaboratively with the wider marketing team to share knowledge and support on ad hoc tasks and events.

- A Strategic Thinker: With at least 5 years of B2B marketing experience ideally within professional or financial services, and a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), you have a proven ability to develop and execute marketing plans that drive business objectives.
- A Digital Enthusiast: You are tech-savvy with a strong command of MS Office and a working knowledge of CRM, marketing automation, and project management platforms (particularly Salesforce and Monday.com). A working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is also beneficial.
