Overview
In this role you will lead end-to-end tech recruitment to support Houlihan Lokey’s global technology footprint. You will partner with senior technology leaders and HR teams across Americas, EMEA, and APAC to shape hiring strategies, build strong pipelines, and enhance the candidate experience. You will drive market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and cross-border recruiting while elevating the employer brand in tech communities. Responsibilities
- Act as trusted advisor to technology leaders with market insights and hiring strategy input
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define competencies and evaluation frameworks
- Build inclusive pipelines and enhance employer brand in tech communities
- Own end-to-end 360 recruiting across software engineering, data analytics, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and product management
- Source passively via GitHub, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche platforms; manage talent mapping and referrals
- Coordinate with HR, Global Mobility, and immigration counsel on relocations and cross-border hiring
- Negotiate offers and maximize acceptance rates; ensure high-touch candidate experience
- Lead campus and early-career tech recruitment in APAC and potentially elsewhere
- Utilize Workday to maintain pipelines and report recruiting KPIs; oversee external search firms and vendors
- Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and reduce time-to-hire
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 6 to 8+ years of 360 recruiting experience in technology roles
- Proven success sourcing and closing candidates across software engineering, data analytics, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and product management
- Experience multi-region recruiting across Americas, EMEA, and APAC
- Proven direct sourcing, talent mapping, and use of GitHub, LinkedIn Recruiter, and tech communities
- Experience with Workday or similar ATS
- Experience recruiting internationally and coordinating with cross-border stakeholders
- Ability to manage relocations, visa sponsorships, and multi-time zone collaboration
