Structured Products Group
The Structured Products Group resides within Houlihan Lokey’s Financial and Valuation Advisory division. We value instruments from the full universe of structured credit products, including: large portfolios of mortgages, capital relief trades, CLOs, ABS, and bespoke transactions. Our clients are among the largest banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and insurers in the world.
A solid academic grounding, high attention to detail, and the ability to reason from first principles are essential. In addition to performing valuation analysis, our London team is encouraged to build and maintain technology underpinning the various processes that make up much of our work flow (pricing models, cashflow engines, data infrastructure, dashboarding, etc.), in order to increase efficiency while maintaining the highest levels of accuracy and transparency. The instruments we deal in are complex and we often work towards tight deadlines, particularly around busier times of the financial cycle.
