Houlihan Lokey (HL) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in London. You will be responsible for campus and experienced hire recruiting across various areas of our business in Europe, Middle East & Asia Pacific. We are seeking an energetic, personable, and enthusiastic recruiter who is motivated by obtaining results, ensuring a positive client and candidate experience, and enabling business success via consultative recruitment.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish effective partnerships with key stakeholders to develop and influence their recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring demands across both campus and experienced hires.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including leading hiring team strategy sessions, writing job descriptions, sourcing, interviewing, assessing, negotiating offers, and closing candidates.
  • Engage and manage campus campaigns and events.
  • Serve as an ambassador for HL, ensuring a professional and positive experience for all candidates and hiring stakeholders.
  • Develop appropriate sourcing strategies aligned to specific team and regional needs.
  • Explore & develop diverse candidate attraction channels and actively promote Diversity & Inclusion discussions as part of everyday conversations.
  • Establish & maintain relationships with third party recruitment partners, implement a preferred supplier list (PSL), and ensure their compliance to internal policy & procedure.
  • Develop & maintain external networks to stay informed of market intelligence, industry trends and competitive dynamics.
  • Partner with the broader HR team, and others as needed, to deliver a recruitment experience that optimizes candidate experience and employer brand.
  • Maintain recruitment data integrity in applicant tracking system for accurate reporting.
  • Other recruitment projects as required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Business Partner role within a complex organisational setting.
  • Demonstrable experience hiring for front office/revenue generating roles.
  • Good working practice and knowledge of direct sourcing methodologies, particularly LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience and/or knowledge of campus recruiting strategies and processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system, preferably Workday.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree qualified.
  • Detail-oriented and have a pro-active attitude.
  • A proficient user of all Microsoft Office 365 applications e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • The ability to present, interpret and explain information accurately, clearly and in an appropriate way.
  • Up to date knowledge of UK employment law, recruitment related risks, controls & regulations.
