Houlihan Lokey will be hosting a Women in Banking Insight Day on 19th March, to give female students a unique insight into our different business lines, workplace culture, and recruitment processes. This is a fantastic opportunity for university students graduating in 2027 who are interested in our 2026 Corporate Finance or Financial Restructuring Summer Financial Analyst programs in the UK.
We are offering the opportunity for students to hear from junior and senior representatives of the firm from our various divisions, including a number of our female representatives who will speak to you about their personal journey in banking and advice on entering the workforce, equipping you with a comprehensive understanding of the industry and our firm. You will receive advice on how to prepare for the internship recruitment process and have the chance to be fast-tracked to the interview stage of our 2026 Summer Financial Analyst program.
We will be hosting this hybrid event on Wednesday 19th March , with UK-based students joining in-person (where possible) and those outside of the UK joining remotely.
Requirements & Preferred Qualifications
- Must be studying at a highly regarded UK university
- Must have an expected university graduation date in spring or summer 2027
- Must be available to join a Houlihan Lokey Summer Financial Analyst program between June and August 2026
- Some knowledge or understanding of the financial services industry
- Some understanding of valuation theory, methodologies and applications
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Most importantly, we seek to attract dedicated, team-oriented candidates with a deep desire to win, a strong work ethic and a willingness to work hard to achieve the highest standards of performance
