Houghton and Son is looking for a dedicated professional to lead our retrofit projects and make a significant impact on both domestic and commercial properties.
About the Role:
As a Retrofit Installations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a variety of projects aimed at improving sustainability and reducing energy bills of council-owned properties. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Project Management: Overseeing multiple small projects simultaneously, including the installation of windows, air source heat pumps, solar panels, extractor fans, insulation, and more.
- Client Communication: Consistently liaising with clients to keep them informed and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Expert Guidance: Providing knowledge and guidance on projects and installations to ensure successful outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Experience: Previous experience with retrofit projects and social housing contracts.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience as a supervisor or manager within the construction industry.
- Qualifications: A full UK Driver's License is essential.
