This role will suit someone passionate about Quantity Surveying either as a Graduate, Project Manager, Estimator or similar aspiring to step into Quantity Surveying where you will be mentored and trained to become a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the commercial team providing support on contracts as needed, including pricing variations, and assisting with subcontract procurement.
- Attending site visits, performing site surveys and meeting with stakeholders.
- Producing final accounts and reconciliation for each client liaising with clients and maintaining communication.
- Analyse project plans and specifications.
- Calculating costs for materials, plant, labour and sub-contract packages in line with agreed programmes of work and procurement schedule.
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate level.
- Experience within the construction industry is preferable.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Strong IT skills, with the ability to manage documentation and reporting systems efficiently.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to meet strict deadlines.
