Unified Communications (UC) Engineer Position: UC/Telecoms Support Engineer Location: Potters Bar, Hertfordshire, UK (Onsite) Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 A smaller, yet very successful, IT and Telecoms Service Provider in Hertfordshire has an exciting new opening for a UC Engineer. You will join their team in supporting telecoms services for high-profile customers. This business partners with leading vendors, offering a plethora of services and solutions across Telecoms (VoIP, Broadband, Ethernet, Mobile) and IT, Cloud, Security, and Digital Transformation. Their customer base increases yearly, leading them to where they are today, one of the UK’s best rated MSPs with an extensive list of clients in the local area and further afield. Your role as a UC Engineer will involve provisioning and supporting telecoms services, including VoIP, broadband, ethernet, and mobile, resolving tickets, assisting the project team onboarding customers, and remote support of users.
