Marketing Account Manager

Position: Account Manager (Marketing)

Location: Harpenden, Hertfordshire (Hybrid)

A full-service marketing agency are looking to add to their client services team with an Account Manager. They specialise in delivering end-to-end creative solutions for their clients, and are seeking a marketing professional to join the team in providing top-class client service to their client accounts.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter, enthusiastic, efficient and a team-player, with fantastic communication. Ideally, they will also have experience within an agency setting.

Responsibilities Include:

• Working within the client services team and managing client accounts
• Creating clear, detailed briefs for the design/creative team
• Budget management/ cost estimates
• Project and timeline management
• Setting up and maintaining project records within internal systems
• Liaising with external partners
• Handling administrative tasks and maintaining organised records
• Supporting the team with other tasks as needed

Experience/ Qualifications:

• Experience in a marketing role, within an agency setting.
• Experience in account management/ client services.
• Experience managing client relationships and communicating at the client level.
• B2c experience is highly desirable.
• Experience working on creative/design briefs.
