Hotshots Academy works directly with primary schools across the UK delivering after-school football programmes. We are hiring a school-experienced administrator to support our growing network of schools. This role is part-time initially, with the intention to move to full-time as the business scales. This role is only suitable for candidates who have previously worked in a school office or education setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicating with schools, school offices and senior leaders
- Managing school admin: schedules, confirmations, registers, documentation
- Supporting onboarding of new schools
- Handling parent and school enquiries
- Maintaining trackers, spreadsheets and systems
- Supporting safeguarding and compliance processes
- Proactively understanding and responding to school needs
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working in a school (school secretary / administrator / office manager)
- Strong understanding of how schools operate
- Confident professional communicator (email & phone)
- Highly organised and detail-focused
- Comfortable working remotely and independently

Hours & Pay
- 18 hours per week initially (flexible)
- £13 per hour
