Fourth LTD in the UK is seeking a confident and motivated Team Lead, Payroll Implementation Services, to lead a group responsible for onboarding new customers to Fourth’s payroll service. You will manage onboarding workloads, guide the team, and ensure accurate payroll processing including TUPE transfers, with a focus on excellent customer outcomes.

You will work closely with the Professional Services Leadership team, allocate resources, develop team members, and act as the escalation point.
