Position Overview

You will own the program underpinning Fourth's next stage of growth: optimising the enterprise platform across business applications, integrations, and data, and making Fourth an AI‑native organisation.

It is high‑stakes, cross‑functional, and visible at board level.

  • Primary Responsibilities
  • Fix the foundations: drive delivery of a single trusted customer view, rationalise core platforms, own integrations, govern business data with automated executive reporting, and implement a people system of record (HRIS).
  • Make Fourth AI‑native: support conditions for safe, effective AI adoption at scale, and build the governed knowledge and customer‑context layer that powers internal AI assistants, beginning with Customer Support.
  • Day To Day, You Will
  • Turn an evolving blueprint and shifting priorities into credible plans, sequencing, and measurable outcomes, adjusting as scope moves.
  • Manage dependencies and trade‑offs across engineering, data, product, and business functions, and make hard decisions on sequencing.
  • Drive delivery proactively: anticipate blockers, force decisions, and chase the work, resisting pressure to pull teams into tactical delivery before the plan is set.
  • Run a lightweight operating rhythm (planning, steering, reporting) that leadership relies on and teams engage with.
  • Keep information flowing both ways: decision‑ready status and honest risk for senior stakeholders, clear context for delivery teams, no surprises.
  • Hold senior leaders and cross‑functional owners to the commitments they own, and escalade with judgement.
  • What Success Looks Like
  • Early: you understand the programme landscape and dependencies, have an honest read of the real risks, and stakeholders trust your view of status.
  • Mid: an operating and reporting rhythm leaders depend on, dependencies actively managed rather than discovered late, and the first priority outcomes delivered.
  • Later: programme success measures and outcomes are achieved, on time and to the quality expected.
  • Preferred Experience And/or Qualifications
  • A track record delivering complex technology and business‑application programmes in a Saa S environment.
  • Evidence of delivering under genuine ambiguity and changing scope, not only executing a fixed plan.
  • Strong management of dependencies and trade‑offs across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Senior, cross‑functional stakeholder management: holding leaders and business owners to commitments while keeping them engaged.
  • Excellent organisation and information sharing: clear written communication, status leadership trusts, disciplined risk and dependency tracking.
  • A proactive operating style balanced with judgement to protect sequencing rather than over‑execute.

Desirable

  • Direct experience delivering AI, data, or business‑application programmes, or strong evidence of getting up to speed fast in unfamiliar technical territory.
  • Experience with platform rationalisation, integration or i Paa S work, HRIS deployment, or core systems transformation.
  • Experience delivering in an environment centralising ownership of previously fragmented systems.

Benefits

  • 25 basic holidays with the option to grow up to 30 with service, plus your birthday off and bank holidays.
  • Flexible working hours and hybrid working environments.
  • Wellness activities and gym subscription discounts.
  • Company laptop and equipment.
  • Healthcare expense claim tools.
  • Support for certifications and continuous learning.
  • Annual meet‑ups.
  • Enhanced parenting scheme.
  • Cycle to work scheme and season ticket loan.
  • Pension and life insurance options.
  • On‑demand pay tools.
