Position Overview
The Director of Change & Transformation (CTF) is responsible for establishing and leading Fourth’s enterprise-wide Change & Transformation Function. While the immediate priority is the execution of Fourth’s organisational restructure, this role is explicitly accountable for building a permanent, scalable change capability that will own and manage a long-term transformation and change portfolio across the organisation. This role ensures Fourth transitions into an AI-native, GM‑led, adoption-first operating model. The Director of CTF drives governance, alignment, change readiness, leadership enablement, and disciplined execution across all transformation workstreams.
Mission

- Define the overarching transformation framework, methods, and standards.
- Partner with Executive and Senior Leadership to align transformation priorities.
- Translate Fourth’s AI‑native strategy and customer journey model into organisational, process, and behaviour change requirements.
- Shape the future‑state culture, ensuring the organisation adopts new ways of working.
- Establish and run the Transformation Steering Committee.
- Own the enterprise transformation roadmap (short‑term restructure + long‑term change portfolio).
- Maintain RAID, KPIs, decision logs, and cross‑workstream dependencies.
- Ensure all initiatives follow consistent governance, OKRs, and reporting.
- Manage risks, issues, and critical escalations.
- Own the change strategy and operating rhythm across all initiatives.
- Lead readiness assessments, behaviour mapping, and change impact analyses.
- Guide workstreams to align changes to customer outcomes (NRR uplift, adoption, productivity).
- Drive communications, engagement, and narrative clarity for all levels of the organisation.
- Equip leaders at all levels to operate in the GM‑led, AI‑native structure.
- Embed new leadership standards, rituals, and behaviours.
- Run leadership alignment sessions, coaching, and change capability uplift.
- Ensure culture and behaviours align to transformation goals.
- Design, recruit, and develop the CTF organisation (change managers, PMO, L&D, comms).
- Create reusable frameworks, playbooks, tools, and methods.
- Build a repeatable model for future enterprise change initiatives.
Preferred Experience and/or Qualifications
- 10–15+ years leading enterprise transformation and change.
- Experience working directly with C‑suite leaders.
- Prior leadership of a centralised change or transformation office.
- Strong organisational design and operating model capability.
