Position Overview

The Director of Change & Transformation (CTF) is responsible for establishing and leading Fourth’s enterprise-wide Change & Transformation Function. While the immediate priority is the execution of Fourth’s organisational restructure, this role is explicitly accountable for building a permanent, scalable change capability that will own and manage a long-term transformation and change portfolio across the organisation. This role ensures Fourth transitions into an AI-native, GM-led, adoption-first operating model. The Director of CTF drives governance, alignment, change readiness, leadership enablement, and disciplined execution across all transformation workstreams.

Mission

“To build and operationalise a lasting enterprise Change & Transformation Function that accelerates Fourth’s AI-native operating model, delivers the restructuring program, and institutionalises continuous improvement and adoption-led execution.”

Primary Responsibilities

  • Build the enterprise Change & Transformation Function as a permanent operating capability.
  • Define the overarching transformation framework, methods, and standards.
  • Partner with Executive and Senior Leadership to align transformation priorities.
  • Translate Fourth’s AI-native strategy and customer journey model into organisational, process, and behaviour change requirements.
  • Shape the future-state culture, ensuring the organisation adopts new ways of working.
  • Establish and run the Transformation Steering Committee.
  • Own the enterprise transformation roadmap (short-term restructure + long-term change portfolio).
  • Maintain RAID, KPIs, decision logs, and cross-workstream dependencies.
  • Ensure all initiatives follow consistent governance, OKRs, and reporting.
  • Manage risks, issues, and critical escalations.
  • Own the change strategy and operating rhythm across all initiatives.
  • Lead readiness assessments, behaviour mapping, and change impact analyses.
  • Guide workstreams to align changes to customer outcomes (NRR uplift, adoption, productivity).
  • Drive communications, engagement, and narrative clarity for all levels of the organisation.
  • Equip leaders at all levels to operate in the GM-led, AI-native structure.
  • Embed new leadership standards, rituals, and behaviours.
  • Run leadership alignment sessions, coaching, and change capability uplift.
  • Ensure culture and behaviours align to transformation goals.
  • Design, recruit, and develop the CTF organisation (change managers, PMO, L&D, comms).
  • Create reusable frameworks, playbooks, tools, and methods.
  • Build a repeatable model for future enterprise change initiatives.

Preferred Experience and/or Qualifications

  • 10–15+ years leading enterprise transformation and change.
  • Experience working directly with C-suite leaders.
  • Prior leadership of a centralised change or transformation office.
  • Strong organisational design and operating model capability.
  • SaaS, AI, or technology-led transformation experience preferred.
  • Consulting background (Bain/BCG/McKinsey-style) advantageous.

Benefits

  • 25 basic holidays with the option to grow up to 30 with service + your birthday off + bank holidays.
  • Flexible working hours and hybrid working environments.
  • Wellness activities and gym subscription discounts.
  • Laptop and equipment provided.
  • Opportunities for growth with certifications.
  • Cycle to work scheme and season ticket loan provided.
  • Pension and life insurance options available.
  • On demand pay tools for early salary access.
