This role ensures Fourth transitions into an AI-native, GM-led, adoption-first operating model. The Director of CTF drives governance, alignment, change readiness, leadership enablement, and disciplined execution across all transformation workstreams.

- Maintain RAID, KPIs, decision logs, and cross-workstream dependencies.
- Ensure all initiatives follow consistent governance, OKRs, and reporting.
- Manage risks, issues, and critical escalations.
- Own the change strategy and operating rhythm across all initiatives.
- Lead readiness assessments, behaviour mapping, and change impact analyses.

- Drive communications, engagement, and narrative clarity for all levels of the organisation.
- Equip leaders at all levels to operate in the GM-led, AI-native structure.
- Embed new leadership standards, rituals, and behaviours.
- Run leadership alignment sessions, coaching, and change capability uplift.
- Ensure culture and behaviours align to transformation goals.
