model and ambitious plans for the future. As we look to expand our footprint across London
through upcoming franchise development, we are seeking an entrepreneurial and
commercially minded Business Development Manager to help drive this exciting next phase
of growth.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, investors, and key
stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and lay the
foundations for our commercial expansion.
The Role
As our Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth,
strengthening our market presence, and mapping out the commercial expansion of the
business. You will be a hands-on, self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced
environment and enjoys turning strategic ideas into actionable results.
Key Responsibilities
β Evaluate & Optimize: Work closely with the existing management team to deeply
understand our current business model, operational processes, and commercial success
factors.
β Drive Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities to support revenue
growth and market expansion within the London market.
β Strategic Research: Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and
commercial feasibility assessments.
β Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors,
landlords, commercial partners, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
β Strategic Planning: Support the development of commercial growth strategies aligned
with our long-term franchise expansion objectives.
β Brand Building: Collaborate with operational and marketing teams to strengthen brand
presence and drive customer acquisition.
β Reporting & Proposals: Prepare compelling business proposals, growth plans,
presentations, and commercial reports for senior leadership and investors.
β Market Monitoring: Track industry trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to
inform ongoing strategic decision-making.
β Networking: Represent the business at industry events, networking meetings, and
partnership discussions.
β Expansion Execution: Assist in identifying suitable locations and commercial
opportunities for future franchise development, managing growth initiatives from
planning through to execution.
Essential Requirements
β Experience: 3β4 years' experience in a Business Development, Commercial Growth, or
similar role within a start-up, scale-up, or high-growth environment.
β Industry Knowledge: Experience in the hospitality, food service, catering, restaurant,
retail, or franchise sectors is highly desirable.
β Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial awareness with a proven track record of
identifying and developing growth opportunities.
β Marketing Insight: A solid understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and brand
development strategies.
β Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with
experience building and managing senior stakeholder relationships.
β Project Management: The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
β Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Arabic, Hindi, or Gujarati
is highly advantageous and considered a strong bonus.

β Competitive Base Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
