Hotpod Yoga is Europe’s largest yoga business. Founded in 2013, we aim to take yoga to more people and places by creating an extraordinary yoga experience and empowering franchise owners worldwide. In 2025, there are over 60 Hotpod Yoga studios hosting thousands of classes a week, dispelling the idea that you have to be bendy to enjoy yoga.
This role is fast-paced and multifaceted, focused on helping our franchisees thrive. You’ll be the go-to for a group of studio owners, offering guidance and support across everything from business planning to daily operations. It’s hands-on, people-focused, and deeply rewarding — especially for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and getting stuck in.
Key responsibilities:- Build strong, trust-based relationships with up to 20 studio owners, becoming a reliable source of guidance.
- Offer personalised support, instil confidence, and assist in navigating day-to-day and long-term studio growth.
- Provide hands-on support across all areas of studio operations, including business planning and marketing.
- Deliver training sessions to ensure every franchisee is set up for success.
- Collaborate with the wider HQ team to roll out tools, campaigns, and best practices.
- Collect feedback from the network to help evolve systems and support as the business grows.
- Confidence in advising franchisees and assisting them in making informed decisions.
- Good grasp of business fundamentals, including interpreting a P&L and building cashflow forecasts.
- Natural problem solver with a can-do mindset.
- Comfortable delivering training to groups, both in-person and online.
- Empathetic, supportive, and able to build trust quickly.
- Clear and confident communicator, both in writing and in person.
- Willingness to travel across the UK (15–20% of your time).
- Enjoy working in a collaborative, startup-style environment.
