Shape the brand voice of Hotham. At Hotham, adventure is part of our DNA — but behind every great mountain experience is clear communication, sharp organisation and a brand voice guests can trust. As our Brand & Experience Coordinator, you’ll champion how Hotham shows up across every channel, ensuring messaging is consistent, compelling and seamlessly delivered. Reporting to the Manager, Brand & Experience – Hotham, you’ll support the execution of the resort’s marketing plan and contribute to KPIs across visitation, revenue and guest experience.
Working closely with Snowsports, Food & Beverage, Retail, Race Department and Operations, you’ll help maintain brand consistency, premium presentation and meaningful engagement at every touchpoint. This is a communications-led role with a strong focus on copywriting and project coordination. You’ll craft digital communications, maintain website content, and keep cross‑channel messaging aligned — all while managing timelines, stakeholders and seasonal priorities with precision.
What You’ll Be Leading & Supporting:
- Assisting in the ideation and execution of seasonal brand and marketing campaigns
- Supporting Epic Australia Pass campaigns to drive visitation and ancillary spend
- Creating and publishing content across EDMs, website, app, social and digital screens
- Distributing daily snow reports and clear, engaging guest communications
- Planning and promoting on and off‑mountain events and activations
- Coordinating signage, promotional merchandise and in‑resort brand presentation
- Coordinating content capture including talent, contractors and asset management
- Supporting brand partnerships, media visits and PR initiatives
- Aligning key sales messages across Lift Tickets, Snowsports School, Rental, Retail, F&B, Accommodation and Pass products
What You’ll Bring:
- 1–3 years’ experience in brand marketing, PR, social media, field marketing or event management
- Impeccable copywriting skills for web, EDM and social
- Experience working within a CMS (basic HTML knowledge advantageous)
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) or strong Canva capability
- Strong working knowledge of social platforms and content best practice
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence communicating with guests, partners and internal stakeholders
- A flexible approach to working hours during peak seasonal periods
- Passion for the snow industry and alpine environments
