This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days per week in our Whitwell-on-the-Hill office. Due to the beautiful remote location, access to your own transport is essential. This is a full-time position, however work life balance is important to us and so we are open to discussion on flexible working patterns (minimum 4 days per week).

Salary: £29,000 – £31,000 p.a. + bonus

About The Role

This role is part of our marketing team, whose job is to increase our addressable audience, and inspire people to book our holidays. You will drive intelligent, customer-focused communication by proactively seeking opportunities to improve how we engage with our audiences.

  • Build, test, and deploy targeted CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and other relevant channels.
  • Manage customer segmentation to ensure communications are relevant, timely, and aligned with customer lifecycle stages.
  • Support the development and enhancement of lifecycle programmes (e.g. welcome, onboarding, retention, win-back, on-site retargeting).
  • Work closely with the sales, and product teams to deliver personalised and automated customer journeys.
  • Manage and maintain the CRM communications calendar.
  • Collaborate with design and digital teams to create high-performing email assets.
  • Analyse campaign performance and deliver clear, actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion.
  • Monitor and manage data quality and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and well-structured customer data.
  • Track customer behaviour, trends, and KPIs to support continuous improvement.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Maintain CRM platform workflows, templates, and automation rules.
  • Troubleshoot issues, test new features, and support system enhancements.
  • Ensure all CRM activities comply with GDPR and data privacy regulations.
  • Document processes, workflows, and campaign learnings.

Am I the right person?

We are looking for your application to demonstrate:

  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Emarsys, Braze, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
  • Experience building segmented, personalised, or automated campaigns.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to communicate data concepts to non-data stakeholders.
  • Understanding of GDPR and best practices in data management.
  • Enjoy testing new ideas, and continuously learning.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative, asks smart questions, and is motivated to develop their expertise while helping us deliver more effective campaigns.
