Position: Enterprise Partner Success Manager

Location: Hybrid / London HQ

We are bringing on some of the largest companies in our sector as partners, and we need an Enterprise Partner Success Manager to ensure their success. This part of our business is experiencing significant growth and will have a huge impact on HotelMap’s overall success. Our enterprise partners generate substantial revenue, so it’s critical that we prevent any churn and maximise the value they get from HotelMap. By delivering seamless onboarding, and providing an excellent customer experience, this role will play a key part in driving the future growth of HotelMap. What You'll Be Doing

  • Accountable for your Partners’ Success: Your success will be measured by the number of rooms nights that attendees book through your partners’ HotelMaps.
  • Own Partner Relationships: Serve as the key account manager, responsible for the health of relationships with our most strategically important partners.
  • Onboard Partners: Ensure swift and effective onboarding and integration of systems for partners, helping them fully utilise HotelMap across their full event portfolio.
  • Project/Change Manage Success: Guide partners to implement best practices for event success, managing projects to ensure seamless execution.
  • Prioritise Impact: Regularly assess event and partner health, focusing your efforts on reducing churn and driving maximum success.
  • Become a Product Expert: Gain deep knowledge of HotelMap and your partners' operations to provide tailored and expert guidance.
  • Coordinate Internal Teams: Work cross-functionally with various internal HotelMap departments, including development teams, to maximise the speed and impact of the HotelMap integration with the partner.
  • Optimise Processes: Continuously refine internal processes to improve efficiency and deliver excellence across all partners.

Who You Are

  • B2B Client Success Expert: You have significant experience in B2B Client Success for large-scale, multinational clients, with hands-on account management focused on client success, not just upselling.
  • Tech-Product Experience: You have great experience of working alongside technical teams and bringing a technical product to your clients.
  • Project & Change Management: You bring strong project and change management experience, effectively driving results in complex environments.
  • Client-Facing Professional: You are comfortable working directly with clients, ensuring successful outcomes through personal ownership and accountability.
  • Hands-On Getting Things Done: You take full ownership of your client accounts, ensuring that your clients’ priorities are delivered.
  • Outcome-Focused & Proactive: You are always looking ahead, planning how to achieve goals rather than reacting to issues.
  • High EQ: You use emotional intelligence to manage client relationships, especially during change management, ensuring you bring people on board with empathy and insight.
  • Organised & Structured: You thrive on keeping things well-coordinated and on track.

Bonus points if..

  • Hospitality/Events Experience: Any experience in the hospitality or events industry is a plus.
  • Multilingual: Fluency in languages beyond English is a bonus, with English business fluency required.
  • Tech: Experience using Hubspot CRM.
