Job Description Who are HotelMap? HotelMap is a global technology platform 100% focused on modernising and automating hotel booking in the conference, trade show, and group booking sectors. The HotelMap platform is used by the world’s leading conference and trade show organisers, including Informa, RX Global and DMG Events. The platform operates in over 500 cities worldwide and now includes over 1,000,000 accommodation operators. Position: Enterprise Partner Success Manager Location: Hybrid / London HQ Why are we hiring for this role? We are bringing on some of the largest companies in our sector as partners, and we need an Enterprise Partner Success Manager to ensure their success. This part of our business is experiencing significant growth and will have a huge impact on HotelMap’s overall success. Our enterprise partners generate substantial revenue, so it’s critical that we prevent any churn and maximise the value they get from HotelMap. By delivering seamless onboarding, and providing an excellent customer experience, this role will play a key part in driving the future growth of HotelMap.
