As a Floor Supervisor, your role involves overseeing a busy housekeeping department. You will work alongside a team to ensure cleanliness throughout guest and hotel premises while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction and efficiency in collaboration with the Head Housekeeper.
Responsibilities:
- Working in a fast-paced high-energy environment and checking the quality of rooms.
- Organising staff rotas.
- Working closely with the supervisory team to support the Head Housekeeper.
- Supporting the Housekeeping team with ongoing training and development.
- Maintaining the standards set by HotelCare and our client at all times.
- Meeting daily targets.
- Complying with all company health and safety policies and recording any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
Qualifications:
- Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, specifically in housekeeping or related areas.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and team coordination skills.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
