This role is responsible for driving new client acquisition across the assigned region, delivering against Roiback's financial sales objectives through the execution of strategic commercial plans. The position also focuses on strengthening relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term retention, growth, and overall business expansion within the territory.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve regional new business revenue targets aligned with company financial objectives
  • Develop and execute strategic commercial action plans to drive market growth
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new clients within the assigned territory
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients
