Who we are?

The Best Western Signature Collection, Southcrest Manor Hotel, is a 72 bedroom hotel set in its own extensive private grounds in Redditch, with excellent road links to the M42, M40 and M5. The hotel offers meeting facilities, a Laura Ashley tearoom, Laura Ashley designed restaurant and bar and a small health club with gym and Elemis treatments.

Due to continued success, vacancies have arisen within our Housekeeping department, working flexible hours between per week, the successful candidates must be available to work flexible hours including regular weekends as these are our busiest days.

Start time is 9am Monday to Friday, 10am Saturdays & Sundays.

About your roles as a Room Attendant:

• You will be part of a wider team of staff, responsible for ensuring impeccable standards of cleanliness in our guest bedrooms and public areas.
• Replenishing linen supplies
• Ensuring all daily tasks are completed and reporting to the shift leader, supervisors or Duty Managers.
• Liaising with other departments.

What you need to apply for the Room Attendant Position:

• You must be available to work a variety of days including regular shifts at weekends, as these are our busiest days.
• The job is physical and involves both cleaning to a tight timescale as well as heavy lifting, therefore a good level of physical fitness and stamina is required.
• The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
• A burning desire to create a positive experience for our guests.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required, full training can be provided.
• The successful candidate will be working between 8-20 hours per week.
