A fantastic opportunity has arisen here at Hotel Xenia, Autograph Collection by Marriott. We are currently looking to recruit a passionate Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team in our growing luxury boutique hotel.

Position Overview

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the Guest Service Agent is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role includes greeting guests, managing reservations, and handling guest inquiries with professionalism. The Guest Service Agent plays a vital role in delivering a memorable guest experience, maintaining service standards, and contributing to the overall efficiency of operations in our luxury boutique hotel.
