Overview
Join to apply for the Restaurant Server role at Hotel Tresanton (The Polizzi Collection).
We currently have opportunities for Full Time Restaurant Servers for our restaurant, bar and events spaces at the hotel. Working within an established team, the candidate will be required to provide high standards of service and excellent guest experiences.
Hotel Tresanton is owned and operated by The Polizzi Collection and is situated in the idyllic coastal village of St Mawes. The hotel is a popular destination with a 365 day operation, hosting leisure travellers, group travellers, weddings and celebrations, as well as special annual events.
Knowledge of Epos systems, guest service, allergens, wines, cocktails and barista skills, along with time served in luxury hotels and/or restaurants, would be preferable.
Responsibilities
- Provide high standards of service and guest experiences in the restaurant, bar and events spaces.
- Work as part of an established team to deliver exceptional hospitality.
- Be flexible to cover a 7-day operation, including days, evenings and weekends as required by the business.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience or knowledge of Epos systems, allergens, wines, cocktails and barista skills preferable.
- Experience in luxury hotels and/or restaurants is advantageous.
Employment Details
- Hours of Work: 40 hours per week over 5 days. The hotel operates 7 days a week; candidate must be fully flexible.
- Rate of Pay: starting from £12.50 gross per hour (Live In) plus a pro rata share of gratuities from guests.
- Live In: Staff accommodation in a shared hours would be available for the right candidate.
- Uniform: Some elements of the uniform will be provided.
