Hotel Tresanton in St Mawes is seeking an experienced Property & Maintenance Manager to oversee day-to-day maintenance and presentation of the hotel buildings, guest rooms, Beach Club, and grounds. The role is hands-on and on-site, supervising staff and contractors to ensure safety, function, and visual appeal.
Salary ranges £37K–£40K with a pro rata share of the hotel service charge. 40 hours weekly with weekend flexibility and potential overtime for projects.
