We have numerous part-time contracts available for an experienced food and beverage person to join us in providing consistent, friendly, and knowledgeable service within a fast-paced environment. For us, ensuring guests have a personable, quality & enjoyable stay or dining experience is paramount, and we ensure all staff feel comfortable providing this with their own personality.
We have a teamwork culture across all departments; our newest team member will slot into our systems helping to run breakfast through to dinner services. Responsibilities:- Greet customers and take orders.
- Be able to work independently running a section or fulfilling a task.
- Understand basic till systems and how putting through orders works.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner.
- Happily create drinks on the bar.
- Clear tables and reset for the next customer.
- Pre-empt customers’ needs.
- Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations.
- Be knowledgeable about food ingredients and preparation methods.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure that all customers are satisfied with their experience.
Requirements: Must be able to do both morning and evening work and weekends / bank holidays. Previous experience in food & beverage is highly preferred, but if you have worked in fast-paced, busy environments before and are a quick learner, feel free to apply as your skills may be transferable.
