Job description Guest Relations Ambassador We are currently recruiting a full-time Guest Relations Ambassador to expand the Front Office Team, offering a personalised service to our guests. About the Role : You will be the face of the guest relations team, welcoming all guest to Market Street hotel ensuring guest expectations are delivered and exceeded at all times. Youll have impeccable personal presentation standards, be team orientated, and have excellent communication skills as youll be working closely with other departments in the hotel.
