Hotel Indigo Torquay is looking for an F&B Supervisor to join our growing team and bring the Hotel Indigo values to life. This full-time role involves leading and supporting the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Support to lead and develop the F&B Team – assist F&B Managers by providing training and support to team members, help build capability, and lead by example.
- Work with the wider F&B and Kitchen teams to create an excellent guest environment, communicate clearly about allergen information and intolerances, and maintain awareness of guest needs.
- Handle detailed guest requests or service recoveries, supporting the team to achieve the best outcomes and solve problems on the spot.
