Hotel Indigo Torquay is looking for a Commis Chef to join our growing team.

Requirements

  • Available to work 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and presenting elements of our dishes – You will create excellent culinary and visual experiences for our guests.
  • Experience working as a Commis Chef or Prep Chef within a similar environment is essential.
  • Ensuring our kitchen environment is safe and organised – You will work with our team of chefs to maintain a safe environment for everyone.
  • Working towards or already having qualifications within a culinary course is beneficial.
  • Working within a team – You will work closely with all levels of chefs and be expected to help each other out when needed. Clear communication and being a team player is essential.
