A Day in Your Neighbourhood

  • Keep it spotless – Clean and sanitise kitchen surfaces, equipment, silverware, crockery and glassware to the highest standards.
  • Support waste control – Empty rubbish bins and clean waste areas. Follow recycling procedures and maintain a tidy, safe back-of-house space.
  • Handle equipment with care – Operate dishwashing machines and cleaning tools safely, following COSHH and hygiene protocols.
  • Be part of the team – Support chefs and servers throughout the day, especially during busy meal periods and events.
  • Maintain standards – Keep floors swept and mopped, wash down work areas, and help ensure health & safety policies are followed at all times.
  • Stay organised – Help with stock movement and storage, and make sure all equipment is returned to the right place after cleaning.
