A Day in Your Neighbourhood

  • Lead the brigade – Support the Executive Head Chef in managing day-to-day kitchen operations, including briefings, prep schedules, and team organisation.
  • Drive service – Take the lead on the pass, maintain momentum, and deliver consistently outstanding dishes every time.
  • Develop the team – Train and support junior chefs, create a culture of learning and excellence, and nurture a positive team spirit on every shift.
  • Control stock & costs – Support purchasing, stock rotation, portion control, and waste reduction to hit budget and sustainability goals.
  • Innovate and inspire – Contribute to menu development and daily specials that reflect our local story, seasonal ingredients, and brand standards.
  • Champion safety – Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, allergen awareness, and food safety compliance at all times.
