Join the excitement and become part of the Hotel Indigo family! Hotel Indigo Gloucester is set to open in 2026, offering a free-spirited experience for our guests enriched with local culture.
Nestled in the heart of the neighbourhood and built on the site of the White Priory, we embrace the concept of storytelling-by-design. Artefacts rescued from the site are now showcased in the Gloucester Museum, linking our hotel to this city’s multi-layered history. As Gloucester thrives with its diverse industries and culture, Hotel Indigo will become a vibrant part of the city’s evolving narrative.
As a Restaurant and Outlets Manager, your day-to-day will be driven by our Guests' needs, however you can expect to cover the following duties and responsibilities (not all encompassing):
- Managing the floor on your shift, ensuring that guests are provided with a personalised service and their requirements are catered to.
- Assist with high-level service recoveries and ensure consistent service quality.
- Assist our Operations Manager to train and develop the team.
