A Night in Your Neighbourhood
- Lead the night: Oversee the safe and efficient overnight operation of the hotel, ensuring smooth transitions between day and night shifts and maintaining standards across all areas.
- Support the guests: Handle late check‑ins, early check‑outs, VIP arrivals, luggage support, special requests, and any unexpected issues, always with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage the audit: Oversee the night audit process and daily financial reports, ensuring accuracy in billing, cash handling, and compliance.
- Be the overnight anchor: Act as the senior contact for any emergencies, team needs, or guest escalations, coordinating with security and other departments as needed.
- Ensure standards: Perform room checks, public area inspections, and health and safety walk rounds to maintain guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
