A Day in Your Neighbourhood
- Deliver exceptional treatments - Perform luxurious face and body treatments, massages, facials, and wellbeing rituals with confidence, care, and impeccable attention to detail.
- Create personalised experiences - Take time to understand every guest's needs, tailoring consultations and recommendations to create truly memorable moments.

- Maintain a sanctuary of calm - Ensure treatment rooms are beautifully presented, fully stocked, and maintained to the highest standards throughout the day.
- Work as one team - Collaborate closely with Spa Reception and fellow therapists to deliver a seamless experience from arrival through to departure.
- Own the details - Keep consultation records, treatment notes, room checklists, and daily administration accurate and up to date.

What's Your Story? You're passionate about helping people feel their best and committed to delivering service that feels both personal and exceptional. You'll thrive in this role if you bring:
- A recognised spa therapy qualification (NVQ Level 3, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, VTCT or equivalent)
- Previous experience within a luxury spa, wellness, or premium hospitality environment
- Expertise in massage therapies, facials, and body treatments
- Strong retail and product recommendation skills
- Exceptional guest care and communication abilities
- Knowledge of health & safety, hygiene, and spa operating procedures
- A calm, polished, and professional presence
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A genuine passion for wellbeing and continuous learning
