A Day in Your Neighbourhood
- Handle the essentials – Deliver clean linen and towels to each floor. Collect used items and return them to the laundry on time and in good order.
- Keep it organised – Maintain neat and fully stocked linen cupboards. Report any shortages or damaged stock quickly and clearly.
- Support the housekeeping team – Assist with guest requests, set up extra beds or cots, deliver items like irons and towels, and keep supplies ready during peak periods.
- Maintain back-of-house spaces – Keep storerooms, corridors, and service areas clean, clear and safe at all times. Help dispose of rubbish and recycling responsibly.
- Report and respond – Let your supervisor know about any broken items, equipment faults, or urgent guest needs. You’re our extra pair of eyes on the floor.
- Stay safe: Follow all manual handling, hygiene, safety, and COSHH procedures, and help create a safe environment for guests and team members alike.
