Hotel Indigo Torquay is looking for Chef De Partie's to join our growing team and bring the Hotel Indigo values to life! Hotel Indigo Torquay brings a vibrant new addition to this idyllic coastal town. Nestled along the stunning English Riviera, the hotel offers guests breathtaking views of Tor Bay and easy access to some of Torquay's most iconic beaches and walking trails, where nature can be truly appreciated.
As a Chef De Partie (Full-Time), you can expect to carry out the following duties:
- Preparing and presenting our dishes with style and precision (you will be creating excellent culinary and visual experiences for our guests) - experience working as a CDP within a similar environment is essential for this role!
- Ensuring our Kitchen environment is safe and organised (you will work with our Team of chefs to ensure a safe environment for everyone) - City & Guilds 706/1 or NVQ equivalent qualification is required.
- Working within a Team (you will be working closely with all levels of Chefs and expected to help each other out when needed) - clear communication and being a team player is the type of person we are looking for!
