- Lead the brigade – Support the Executive Head Chef in managing day‑to‑day kitchen operations, including briefings, prep schedules, and team organisation.
- Drive service – Take the lead on the pass, maintain momentum, and deliver consistently outstanding dishes every time.
- Develop the team – Train and support junior chefs, create a culture of learning and excellence, and nurture a positive team spirit on every shift.
- Control stock & costs – Support purchasing, stock rotation, portion control, and waste reduction to hit budget and sustainability goals.
