A Day in Your Neighbourhood
- Process with precision – Raise and issue accurate invoices. Handle no‑show charges, cancellations and guest account queries.
- Keep it reconciled – Manage UK and international commissions, reconcile booking.com charges, and support monthly commission accruals.
- Support compliance – Assist with intercompany invoices, month‑end tasks, credit allocations, and financial risk assessments.
- Own guest and agent queries – Respond to invoice requests and billing issues quickly and professionally, ensuring smooth communication with travel agents, internal teams and guests.
- Teamwork in finance – Support the Finance Manager and wider team on ad hoc tasks, cover and month‑end procedures as needed.
- Maintain standards – Ensure documentation is clear, accurate and filed in line with audit and internal control procedures.
