Grade one listed our building is steeped in history and sits in the peaceful street of South Parade, just steps away from the centre of Bath.

The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Concierge to join our team on a casual basis.

You’ll need to be out -going, full of enthusiasm and a natural -born storyteller for this role.

You’ll be the first point of contact and face of the Hotel, assisting our guests with any queries they have.

You’ll be responsible for providing our guests with a warm welcome and giving them an outstanding guest experience through a relaxed, personalised service.

You will be someone who likes to get to know people, able to start genuine, authentic conversations and talk with our guests to create wonderful memories.

Having passion and knowledge for the local neighbourhood is a must, so you can go that extra mile for each visitor.

Assist with Check in/Check out.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for a Concierge with Star -Quality!

You’ll be front and centre of our stage, delivering a personalised, friendly service will be second nature to you.

You’ll have excellent attention to detail and a passion to provide
5 -star standards, going above and beyond to create memorable experiences for our guests.

You’ll be organised and a problem -solver with strong communication skills.

This is a hands -on role, so you’ll need to support the rest of the Front of House Team from time to time to ensure every guest has a seamless experience.
