Now we’re searching for a Bars Manager to lead our signature bar, someone who knows their way around a cocktail shaker and numbers with equal flair.

A Day in Your Neighbourhood

  • Own the vibe: Set the tone and energy of our cocktail bar, making it the heartbeat of the hotel and a local favourite. Support the events team in running the private bar as and when required.
  • Raise the bar: Create and evolve a drinks menu that’s seasonal, stylish, and rooted in local flavour, from creative cocktails to curated spirits.
  • Lead with confidence: Manage daily bar operations, stock, compliance, and financial performance; ensuring standards are as high as our spirits.
  • Grow your team: Inspire, recruit, and develop a team of bartenders and bar staff who bring the energy and flair to every shift.
  • Make it memorable: Collaborate with marketing and events to build buzz, drive footfall, and create standout guest experiences.

What’s Your Story? You bring both style and substance, a service pro who understands what makes a great bar tick. To thrive in this role, you’ll ideally have:

  • Experience running a bar in a lifestyle hotel or destination venue
  • A creative eye for mixology and drink trends
  • Confidence in managing staff, rotas, and stock control

  • Excellent customer service and people management skills
  • Knowledge of licensing laws, health & safety, and allergen standards
