A Day in Your Neighbourhood:
- Make it perfect: Clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms to the highest standards, from making beds to shining mirrors and refreshing amenities.
- Keep it spotless: Dust, vacuum, sanitise, and reset rooms for new arrivals or continued stays, following all brand and hygiene standards.
- Manage supplies: Monitor linen and amenities in your trolley, restock as needed, and report low stock or damaged items to your supervisor.
- Support guests: Respond warmly to guest requests, from extra towels to local tips and always going the extra mile when you can.
- Stay alert: Report maintenance issues, lost property, or anything unusual to the housekeeping office, contributing to a safe and well-managed environment.
- Take initiative: Support spring cleans, deep cleans, and occasional public area cleaning if needed.
